Orders for in stock textbooks usually ship UPS on the following business day. For example textbooks ordered on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipped UPS Ground to addresses within the Chicagoland area usually arrive at their destination in 1 to 2 business days.

Items out of stock or not yet received will ship as soon as they're available.  The closer to the start of classes the more likely the books you ordered will be in stock.

UPS Ground - $6.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

UPS Second Day - $11.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

UPS Next Day - $19.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

Summer 2013
Orders will be ready for pickup and shipping starting Friday June 21st at the latest. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. The last day for a refund is Tuesday June 26th. Books purchased for classes lasting a week or less are non-returnable. All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.

Fall 2013
Orders will be ready for pickup and shipping starting Friday September 20th at the latest. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. The last day for a refund is Friday September 27th. Books purchased for classes lasting a week or less are non-returnable. All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.

Spring 2013
Orders will be ready for pickup and shipping starting Thursday March 29th at the latest.  You'll receive an email when your order is ready.  The last day for a refund is Friday April 5th.  Books purchased for classes lasting a week or less are non-returnable.  All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased.  If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.
