We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on this web site. Final totals will be calculated when the order is ready for shipping or pick up.
Orders for in stock textbooks usually ship UPS on the following business day. For example textbooks ordered on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipped UPS Ground to addresses within the Chicagoland area usually arrive at their destination in 1 to 2 business days.
Items out of stock or not yet received will ship or be ready for pickup as soon as they're available. The closer to the start of classes the more likely the books you ordered will be in stock.

Orders will be ready
for pickup and shipping starting Monday May 14th at the latest. You'll
receive an email when your order is ready. Textbooks are returnable for
three days from the date of purchase (or date of pick up if online
order) until Wednesday May 23rd which is the last day for refunds.
After that all sales are final. Books purchased for classes lasting a
week or less are non-returnable. All returns must be made at the
location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there
are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.
