Orders for in stock textbooks usually ship UPS on the following business day. For example textbooks ordered on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipped UPS Ground to addresses within the Chicagoland area usually arrive at their destination in 1 to 2 business days.

Items out of stock or not yet received will ship as soon as they're available.  The closer to the start of classes the more likely the books you ordered will be in stock.

UPS Ground - $6.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

UPS Second Day - $11.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

UPS Next Day - $19.95 plus $1.95 for each additional item

You'll receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped or available for pick-up. Books purchased before June 5th are non-returnable. Last day for a refund is Saturday June 8th. Books purchased for classes lasting a week or less are non-returnable. All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.
