Orders for in stock textbooks usually ship UPS on the following business day. For example textbooks ordered on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipped UPS Ground to addresses within the Chicagoland area usually arrive at their destination in 1 to 2 business days.
Items out of stock or not yet received will ship or be ready for pickup as soon as they're available. The closer to the start of classes the more likely the books you ordered will be in stock.

Orders will be ready for shipping and pickup starting Monday May 28th at the latest. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Books purchased before Wednesday June 7th are non-returnable. Last date for a refund is Monday June 11th. Books purchased for classes lasting a week or less are non-returnable. All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.
