We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing on this web site. Final totals will be calculated when the order is ready for shipping or pick up.
Orders for in stock textbooks usually ship UPS on the following business day. For example textbooks ordered on a Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Orders shipped UPS Ground to addresses within the Chicagoland area usually arrive at their destination in 1 to 2 business days.
Items out of stock or not yet received will ship or be ready for pickup as soon as they're available. The closer to the start of classes the more likely the books you ordered will be in stock.

Orders will be ready for shipping and pickup starting Tuesday January 3rd at the latest. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. Books purchased prior to Saturday January 14th are non-returnable. Books purchased between Saturday January 14th and Saturday January 21st, must be returned by end of business on Saturday January 21st. Books purchased after Saturday January 21st are not returnable. All returns must be made at the location where the books were purchased. If you drop a class or there are extenuating circumstances please contact the store manager.
